JenniferJennifer has always dreamed of becoming a multi-tasking celebrity. When she was young Jennifer was a fan of many different kinds of music, but mostly Afro-Caribbean songs like salsa, merengue and Bachata. Additionally, she loved popular music like hip-hop , and R&B. She was a huge lover of both film and music. Her most significant influence came from the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer, besides being entertainer and Catholic schoolgirl, attended 8 years at Holy Family Catholic elementary school in The Bronx. After a four-year stay at the school, she was able to graduate from Preston High School, an all-girls preparatory school. Jennifer was a skilled athlete who competed in tennis and track at school was also an impressive pupil. In the Castle Hill neighbourhood was her residence for the majority of her time. Jennifer quit her home at the age of was 18 and moved in with her parents. At this point, Lopez worked at a law firm while she took dance jobs in the evening.
